The kitchen countertop has been lightly tinted with a natural pigment, and its pores have been carefully treated with a natural, food-grade formula, offering a silky, water-repellent finish, stain resistance, and antiseptic properties. The wall cladding between the countertop and cabinets has been revitalized with authentic Moroccan zellige tiles, characterized by their imperfect and handcrafted nature. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, and the master suite with shower—all these rooms maintain the Alentejo style with their properly treated chestnut wood ceilings. The walls are finished with traditional plaster and natural paints, meeting the floor in a unique, smooth, and curvilinear transition that reflects light, enhancing visual comfort and spatial continuity, giving these rooms an authenticity typical of the region. All the floors are tiled with terracotta and antique flagstones, offering a tangible connection to this deep artisanal and historical lineage, providing a sense of privilege and refined good taste through its authenticity and timeless charm. The completely private grounds are filled with fruit trees (figs, oranges, peaches, lemons, quinces, persimmons, pomegranates). A centuries-old tank, converted into a swimming pool, serves as a reservoir to store the constant flow of water from the spring that sovereignly supplies the house.
A wood-fired jacuzzi has been installed on one of the property's terraces, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the stunning views offered by the property on both hot and cold days.
