    I have been living here for the past three years, and during this time Laureta has always been supportive, professional, and approachable. Laureta is responsive and does her best to resolve any issues promptly whenever they arise. Her communication is clear and helpful, and she makes a genuine effort to keep residents informed about any updates or matters related to the building. It’s clear that she cares about maintaining a comfortable and well-managed living environment for everyone. I truly appreciate the effort Laureta puts into managing the property and assisting tenants whenever needed. Her professionalism, reliability, and friendly attitude make a big difference and contribute to a positive living experience here.

    The building management has been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised any issues. Laureta and the team usually address concerns promptly and keep residents informed throughout the process. I appreciate their professionalism and efforts to resolve problems efficiently.

    It’s something you don’t always notice during a typical viewing, but living here for the past three years has shown me that the neighbours are respectful and the environment is very comfortable. The building is also well maintained and management is responsive when issues arise.

    The area has a good range of local shops for everyday essentials, including small supermarkets, cafés and takeaway options, which makes day-to-day living convenient. There are also a few nice restaurants and casual bars within walking distance, so you don’t need to travel far for a meal out. Green spaces are accessible nearby, which is great for walks and getting some fresh air. Nearby train station provides easy access to the city centre. Living on the street itself is fairly quiet. We have not seen anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a convenient and reasonably pleasant place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any problems or issues I have raised. Communication is clear, and they acknowledge requests quickly. Maintenance matters are handled efficiently, and I’ve found them to be helpful and approachable throughout. Overall, the response time and level of service have been consistently reliable.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    No concerns or issues before moving in. Everything about the property, its facilities, and the surrounding area met my expectations, and there’s nothing further I wish I had known in advance. My experience has been straightforward and positive from the start.

    The local area is very convenient and pleasant to live in. There are good local shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and larger supermarkets are easy to access. Transport links are reliable, with the train station and bus routes nearby, making commuting straightforward. The area feels safe and well maintained, with regular bin collections and minimal noise or disruption. Overall, it’s a calm and comfortable neighbourhood that’s well connected and practical for everyday living.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I have raised an issue. Communication is clear, and problems are acknowledged and resolved promptly. In particular, Laureta has been extremely supportive and understanding, making sure issues are handled efficiently and with care, which gives real peace of mind as a resident.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how well managed and supportive the development actually is. From the quality of the apartments to the responsiveness of the management team, the overall experience has been much better than expected. My advice to new residents would be to take full advantage of the support offered by the management team, as they are genuinely helpful and approachable.

    Nothing. Bishops Stortford is a great market town and Kooky flats are first class.
