5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets nearby, including ASDA, which is only a short walk away. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and easy access to major routes, making commuting simple. The neighbourhood is generally calm, with good parking availability and reliable bin collections. I rarely experienced any anti‑social behaviour or noise disturbances, which made the area feel safe and comfortable. After moving away, I realised just how convenient this location was, and I am genuinely considering returning.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team were consistently responsive and supportive whenever I raised an issue. Whether it was a small request or something that needed urgent attention, Mohammed and Hassan always handled it promptly and professionally. They communicated updates clearly and followed through until the issue was resolved. Their level of service was exceptional and one of the main reasons I enjoyed living in the development for 3 years.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how well‑managed and comfortable the development was before moving in. After living here for 3 years and then relocating to a different place, the difference became very clear. The convenience of the location, the excellent management team, and the overall quality of the building are things I truly appreciate in hindsight. Knowing this earlier would have made the decision to move in even easier—and it’s why I am now considering returning.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is a fairly busy area on weekdays due to neighbouring offices and, therefore, significantly quieter at weekends and particularly so on Sundays. There are some bars in close proximity but the noise is insignificant. It is close to Castle Park, Temple Meads train station and Cabot Circus. I love its position, I think it is perfect.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a problem with my hot water and a plumber was called immediately. He attended promptly and replaced the faulty part in the same visit - no mess, no hassle and he was here for less than half an hour.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Great location, close to everything but without the late night noise typically associated with central locations.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location in Canning Town is a real advantage—being right next to the station makes commuting extremely convenient. There are also great grocery options nearby, including Morrisons and Lidl, along with plenty of good restaurants, so everything you need is close by. It’s a very well-connected and convenient area to live in. The only drawback is that apartments facing the main road can experience quite a bit of noise, especially when the balcony doors are open, which is something to keep in mind.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have an app on which we can raise issues and they respond through it
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I just wished i would have noticed the noise on opening the balcony doors before

1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on this street is awful, the traffic is constant, there are no traffic lights or crossings so the road is impossible to cross. There are accidents all the time on the road in front of the building. No one can ever get here as the address is useless, most of our post never makes it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They lied to me about many things including sending out emails and having conversations with people about noise. They make you run around doing all the work then when you give them evidence, that they asked for then, they say they cannot do anything with it. Absolutely useless.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how awful it was to live here and how useless the team would be dealing with ANY issues presented. Many tenants have complained about various issues and have all been met with the same deal with it yourself responses.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of the building is amazing and close to everywhere specially the university and the train station and the city center The bad thing about the building is lack of parking spaces to fulfill the needs of all the tenants and the waiting list is long.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are amazing and lucky to have them as they are very polite and treat us as part of the family
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there is not enough parkings in the building to accommodate the full needs of the tenants
