It really is a fantastic location, perfect walking distance to pretty much anything in Bath . Tesco and Lidl within 5 min walking distance. About 10 mins to get into town

Caroline and the team have been amazing, can’t fault anything.

Despite being on a main road of Bath - lower Bristol Road -, the sound proofing of the apartments in’s brilliant you can’t hear a thing.

Fantastically well connected - located extremely close to Queens Road Peckham station and a short walk from Peckham Rye, bus stops essentially at your front day. Peckham is a vibrant and unique community that this building gives you access to
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes any and all concerns have been addressed since moving in. I understand the management team must be busy with the many tenants in the building, but things could have been a little more prompt.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The management team are very flexible with the included furniture which is great - use what you like, they can take away whatever you don't.

Really well accessible, and well resourced with the tesco and sainsburys nearby. It's fantastic to have Box Park and all of Croydon nearby as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, issues with the balcony door that has a dodgy seal. It's being looked into.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps about the length of time it's taken to fully build out all of the promised amenities.

I wish I had known how busy the area gets during peak hours, especially with traffic and noise levels. It can be quite lively, which is great at times, but also something to consider if you value peace and quiet regularly.

They respond quickly and fix issues efficiently ok

It's a centrally located area with a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and parks within close proximity. Multiple bus routes get you practically anywhere in the city with the tram stop and Haymarket only 10 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The builiding management has been extremely quick to respond to any queries or maintainance requests I have raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I know it was mentioned during my property viewing but it would be a good idea to get in writting who the electricity and heating suppliers are - would have definetely helped me to calculate my monthly budget.
