MM-008IS - Thalassa Retreat was established within an area protected since 1968, a conservation-restricted natural context of extraordinary beauty, where every intervention has been developed in full respect of the environmental balance. The project was not conceived as a simple construction operation, but as a sustainable vision, consistent with the identity of the location and built through an extensive process of studies, audits, and technical consultations.

The architecture has been designed to integrate into the landscape without imposing upon it. Discreet volumes, natural materials, and artisanal craftsmanship dialogue with the morphology of the land, the light, the wind, and the Mediterranean vegetation, delivering a harmonious and authentic result.

The complex comprises five villas and a seafront penthouse, set within a private gated community designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and quality of life throughout the year. Each unit features direct access to the sea and a private beach cabana; the villas are equipped with a swimming pool, garden, and garage, while the penthouse offers a "green" veranda and exclusive spaces.

The homes are developed with strong continuity between interior and exterior: large glazed surfaces, equipped outdoor spaces, and external kitchens create an ideal microclimate and extended liveability in every season.

The use of local materials such as stone, wood, and Orosei marble—selected and crafted according to artisanal techniques—contributes to defining an architectural language that is authentic and rooted in the territory. The project, signed by Architect Enrico Campus and Master Architect Patrick Lesuisse, is inspired by the principles of biophilic design and neuro-architecture, with the aim of promoting well-being through light, proportions, and a relationship with nature.

Thalassa Retreat is a project for the few, designed for those seeking privacy, architectural quality, and an authentic connection with the sea and the environment. Service charges and maintenance are to be covered by the developer for the first two years.
