Timeshare - Auchrannie has presently been awarded the RCI Gold Crown award for excellence, meaning that Auchrannie owners enjoy a higher priority on requesting exchange.
Management of the property is co-ordinated by the resident management team who will ensure that your lodge is maintained and cared for in your absence.
Under Scots Law your holiday weeks are yours in perpetuity and you are free to rent it out, sell it, give it away or bequeath it to your family or heirs. The Auchrannie Management team will rent out the property on your behalf, should you so wish.
The 2026/27 annual fees will be £1018.44, the only other charge is the electricity used during the week. This management fee covers basic maintenance costs for upkeep of the grounds, insurance, council tax, laundry, housekeeping and all day to day running expenses. The reserve fund portion covers major works such as new kitchens, furniture replacement etc.
