5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport is very close and convenient, being on the Elizabeth line is great. There are lots of shops nearby. There is a lot of noise in my room due to building works in the development next door. The general area is not the best in terms of cleanliness and anti social behaviour but the building itself makes up for it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have raised have been resolved quickly and there is a useful portal for registering any issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the building works going on next door - these have been quite disruptive for me

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The best part of our location is that all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels very safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When issues have arisen, the team has responded very quickly and resolved them effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The communal garden being accessible to the public, along with the transparent blinds, raises concerns about both privacy and safety. In addition, there are no visitor bays available, which creates further inconvenience for residents and guests.
