The dining room features bi-fold doors leading to the terrace and double doors lead into the sitting room, which also has bi-fold doors to the terrace and an open fireplace with hearth and a rear bay with triple windows overlooking the garden. The large principle bedroom measuring 32’6 x 11’10 has a double aspect, fitted triple wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a panel bath, separate shower cubicle, twin vanity wash basins, a low level wc and a large towel radiator. The picturesque rear gardens are predominantly laid to lawn, also with well-stocked beds and borders, mature trees, a large covered terrace abutting the side and rear of the property making an ideal alfresco entertaining area. There is further terracing continuing around to the rear where there is also an open fronted log store and a wooden garden shed. The gardens abut meadowland with young trees and a footpath.
