5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Since moving here in July 2024 I have enjoyed every minute, the atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming which is helped by the professionalism of all the members of staff, they are very polite and deal with any issues you have in a timely and efficient way. It would be difficult to name specific individuals as all provide a high standard of service to residents be it front of house, cleaning, maintenance or the staff in the office
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had very few issues but the minor ones I have had the response has been excellent and followed through until its completion
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have no bad things to say about the moving it was very straight forward with staff assisting me through the process.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic area to live in with multiple bars at close walking distance and close to the city centre - the main draw is the proximity to the train station though!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've only ever been helped by the management at Mustard Wharf whenever I've raised minor issues and have been impressed by the customer service from both Ruby and Kourtney!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there was a roof terrace in Giotto - It's a brilliant space for the summer that I only found out about a few months into my tenancy as forgot from the original tour!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic location, only five minutes’ walk from Leeds train station and ten minutes into the heart of the city centre - yet set back enough to be quiet and largely undisturbed from noise and bustle. There are a number of popular coffee shops, cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants in the immediate area, as well as a couple of convenience stores for where you can grab everyday essentials. Road parking is restricted and some of the immediate area is pedestrianised, although there are a number of public car parks in walking distance for visitors or those drive but haven’t acquired a parking space within the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Generally they have responded quickly, efficiently and positively. My only ‘negative’ feedback is that it took quite a while to organise the development window clean following some kind of problem with access for the external contractor, though it has now been done.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Ask about additional benefits that come with living here, there are a lot that aren’t always obvious.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Mustard Wharf is situated in a prime location - 5 min walk from Leeds train station and a 10 min walk into the City centre. Local shops, restaurants, and bars are great, and as a resident, you get discount codes at certain places, which is class.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, as mentioned, the building management team have been superb for me. Very impressed as someone who has a background in property management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I did thorough research into Mustard Wharf, competitors and the area before making a decision. I made the choice to secure an apartment without viewing it live (as I was relocating from London and lacked time), which can be considered a risk, so I'd say ideally make sure you view in person if you can before you make a final decision. I did see a digital walk-through of my apartment, facilities, and asked what I needed to ask, etc., before signing. I also read every single review on this site before committing, so I wasn't potentially blindsided/surprised by anything. Mustard Wharf has lived up to my high expectations so far. I'm pleased I moved here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve had a good experience living at Mustard Wharf. The building is well-maintained and the location is convenient. The team, especially Ellen and Laura, have been helpful and responsive when needed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been responsive when issues are raised. Most concerns are handled within a reasonable time, and communication is usually clear throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been helpful to know more about peak busy times for shared facilities and general noise levels, but overall it has been a comfortable place to live.
Manager's response5Hello, Sarah, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! We're really pleased to hear that you're enjoying life at Mustard Wharf. We will make sure Ellen and Laura receive this feedback Kind regards Michael
