5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Trilogy is well placed with super convenient transport links with the tram and bus. The Banyan Tree close by is a really lovely cafe to have as well as the nearby Tesco and Co-op grocery stores. The apartment building is generally quite quiet and I have had very little disturbance living here. The streets are generally also quiet, apart from the odd person on the odd weekend.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have been super responsive and helpful with all issues. I've had a couple of times where they have come out to change a fire alarm battery or support with my central heating and each time I've been met with friendly and professional people that have solved the issues every time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Trilogy is well placed with super convenient transport links with the tram and bus.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a tram stop 5 minutes walk away from The Trilogy that takes you all around Manchester. There are a good selection of local shops near by, as well as local amenities. Easy links to the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything is responded to very promptly, however, we have not had many issues while living here
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we had known of The Trilogy earlier. We found out about it through word of mouth an would have loved to move in sooner!

The place is amazing. I love the fact that the building is ring in the town centre, I’m near every shop.

I didn’t have any issues. When I came I had no problems whatsoever

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a Tesco, Co-op and a Morrisons less than a 5 min walk away, plus Cornbrook tram stop just around the corner. You can also walk into the town centre in about 20 minutes. The main road is a busy one, but the windows are sufficiently sound proofed, although you get ambulances etc often, it has never woke us or our toddler, or bothered us in the day. Our building is quiet and most of the time you would think you had no neighbours. I have not been aware of any antisocial behaviour at all. We do not own a car, so parking is a non issue for us. Our guests have had minor issues when visiting to park, but nothing nightmarish.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been dealt with very promptly and professionally, and we have been kept updated throughout.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In a perfect world there would be wheelchair/pram access on both sides of the building, but it is not a dealbreaker. It is fully worth being just a little out of the centre for the drop in rent price. I have lived in the block of flats opposite side of the road to this one on Ellesmere, and hands down this is better. Quieter, cleaner, and staff far more available when you need them.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think the living area is good, it’s tidy and it has the tram stop near by which I think is very good. The scrap yard is the only down fall for noise here whenever my apartment is facing it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded to issues or queries in a effective manner which makes my living so much more easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I knew that the scrapyard was here as before I didn’t know about it.
