The parking is great for me as I drive, it’s a safe car park and I’ve never had any issue with it. The restaurants are amazing there’s a huge selection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had to have my dishwasher fixed as it wasn’t working when I moved in and the guy was so lovely who did it and now it works fine

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My experience has been good from day one.. staff have been so helpful with all my questions and supportive. The only one feedback I’d give is a welcome pack with details of how to use/set up heating, instructions for the items in the apartment like washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.. the process for post/package deliveries. My first new build managed place and no complaints.. really enjoying all Hove gardens is offering

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really well .. I have reported a faulty door which is being repaired ..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing .. was told everything on viewing and allowed a 2nd to take pictures and measure up before moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is absolutely fantastic. There is an array of restaurants, cafes, bars and unique individual shops as well as plenty of the popular larger shops, with lots of food shops nearby for both a wee food basket top up shop and the bigger weekly shop. We also have Central Station and Queen Street station with access to the subway just a short walk away. I’m very pleased with the traffic noise as I can’t hear any from my apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far I have not had any issues or problems to report.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how good it was otherwise I would have moved in sooner.
