    Great location. Very central without being noisy. Restaurants, pubs, bakery, etc., all within walking distance.

    They responded promptly and efficiently, whatever the issue.

    Got bored walking the tunnel into the city centre after a while, but not enough to make me relocate.

    Love living here, services are great, local area has so much to offer. Lauren was lovely to my dog and prompted me to write this

    Never had any issues. Any maintenance issues were responded to really quickly

    We relocated from Oxford to Brighton, and Hove Gardens was the perfect first home in a new place. The location was perfect being literally 3mins from Hove station, a 10min walk to Hove Park and a 20min walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and the added security of a concierge etc. made it the great for us while we explored and got used to the area. In terms of amenities, there’s a coffee shop, launderette, pub, petrol station and gym all within 5mins away. The parking is also great, and although there aren’t many spaces in the evenings, you can nearly always find a space on the adjacent road which isn’t bad (we also found it very safe).

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Always very prompt and communicative of timelines, delays or additional work that needed doing.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    You’re not allowed doormats or things like wreaths etc. hanging on the door due to health and safety. Not a big deal but worth knowing before you plan on buying additional furnishings.
