Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything i wanted is just a stone throw from the Estate; local shops, restaurants, pubs, train station, medical practice, etc and it is a walkable distance to my wife's work. I have a a good place to park my vehicle and an extra space for my visitors to use whenever they visit. As for the bin collectors, they come every week to collect my bin and that's awesome. Overall, the estate is so calm and good for me and my family.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had only one issue which is fixing my curtains and immediately I reached out to the building management, the issue was resolved ASAP.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about this Estate when I first came to Telford, I wouldn't have tried another apartment. I would have moved in right away. I pray to buy this house as time goes on. I really love this place!

    The Hawkings, PE28

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very quiet, clean and feels safe, with a lot of people walking around which gives it a nice community feel. The main downside is that there aren’t many shops yet. There is a Co-op and a gym, but for more variety you need to travel into the town centre. This is understandable as the area is still developing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been responsive and helpful. Any minor issues or repairs have been handled quickly and without hassle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That local amenities are still limited and you’ll likely need to travel for bigger food shops or more variety, although this should improve as the area develops.

    The Pioneers, CV23

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love living at the Pioneers. It is in a great location, my daughter’s school is within walking distance and restaurants and convenient store also within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You can always call Lynn, she explains the correct procedure and helps you quotes along through the portal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be great to have covered parking bays. There is enough space between the houses to add covered bays, helps in winter when it is raining.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very close to a Tescos, a train station, a bus route and there are multiple pubs. The development looks lovely there is even a food truck that comes nearby each week - organised by the off beaten truck! My only bad aspect is I wish there was a closer smaller shop for convenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any issues so far, but with how the lettings agency are - I’m sure their building management team is just as good !

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely do you research of the surrounding area as there are so many hidden gems ! We have found a book club and a food truck company who regularly visits

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is enclosed sort of so i like the privacy. I do wish there was closer shops but the drive to them is not too far

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very quick as I stated before Orphee has been very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, for me personally everything has been okay so far

    Manager's response

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience we’re really pleased to hear you’re enjoying the modern design, privacy, and overall feel of the development. We appreciate your feedback regarding the heating. The apartments are designed with energy efficiency in mind, but we understand that comfort during the colder months is important. If you ever feel the system isn’t performing as expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can take a look and make sure everything is working optimally. It’s also great to hear that you value the peaceful, enclosed setting. We recognise that having more amenities within walking distance would be beneficial, and this is something we continue to consider as the wider area develops. We’re especially glad to hear your positive comments about Orphee - we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words. Thanks again for your recommendation, and please feel free to reach out anytime if there’s anything further we can assist with.
