2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Decent location about a 10 minute walk from the train station and on a quiet road. Absolutely no parking available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have been emailing back and forth about the dog issue but they point blank refuse to do anything despite be having sent them video evidence.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The bathroom floors tiles are matt and not easy to clean.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are train stations, bus stations and subway nearby, it’s very convenient to get everywhere in Glasgow. Parking car is easy in here.

They are helpful and quick to deal with any problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love cornbrook, it’s walking distance from the city centre but also well connected with the tram stop over the road, makes a perfect location to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Well I’ve not had many problems but when I have. A problem it’s dealt with in normally less then 24 hours wich is amazing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Traffic on Mancunian way, joking the only downside to living in the city centre. But with all the positives far outweighs the traffic every now and again.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very central which is always a plus, it's 10 minutes away from Union Square, 5 minutes from Bon Accord, and is just down the street from Belmont. The Union Terrace Gardens are across the road and as a result give off an amazing view from the property. The only inconvenience is that the bars and clubs are sometimes loud during the night on some weekends, but it is something that rarely happens and I was easily able to get used to it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has always resolved any problems and issues that I had, even when it came to the contract itself.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I moved in here sooner, the other accommodations in Aberdeen are far more expensive and not worth the price.

Chapel Wharf, M3
5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Chapel Wharf is a very convenient and well-connected area, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It’s close to the city centre while still feeling relatively quiet and safe. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to public transport and main roads. The area is generally clean and well-maintained, with no major issues around noise or anti-social behaviour. Parking can be limited at times, but overall it’s a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been very responsive and efficient. Any issues we raised were acknowledged quickly and followed up properly. Even for urgent situations, such as when our boiler broke down on Christmas Eve, they arranged for a repair the same day. Overall, communication has been clear and reliable, and we felt well supported throughout our tenancy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, there were no major surprises, as the experience has been very positive. If anything, it’s worth noting that parking can sometimes be limited depending on the time of day. Aside from that, the area is convenient and well-connected, and the management team is very responsive, which makes day-to-day living much easier.
