Leaf Living at Liberty Place, BN27

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is Tesco, ASDA, Waitrose, Iceland in the town within minutes, small parks dotted around liberty place are great for grand children aged up to 2 at the moment. Its still quiet on our road as we don't have any neighbours as yet since next door both sides are still being completed. We have 2 cars that fit in the drive with ease, we are next to the building site entrance so we have lorries and diggers, etc during the week but personally that does not bother us, indeed the grandchildren are entertained by this. At the weekends there is no traffic at all. We have had problems with the bin collections we seem to be forgotten about as it may appear that our road is still under construction and gets missed so we have had to report this to Wealden Council so we hope this will improve.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response is efficient, we did not necessarily get to speak to the right person immediately but were forwarded on to someone that was able to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

By the side of our house, outside the back door there is a patch of grass and is then blocked off by a fence, we feel that this would be much better if it had been paved and a gate there, in this way we would have been able to have had the bins outside the back door and have been able to take them out the gate on collection day which would have been easier than having to use the back gate by the garage and drive which is at the back of the garden much further away.

Leaf Living at Bamford Park, CV33

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far we have not encountered any issues on the street. Neighbour's have been friendly, the parking has been fine for us two, the noise at night is complete silence! In the day it's slightly different, but thats due to it still being under construction in some areas so thats to be expected and is not an issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not any any building management issues as of yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The kitchen cupboards and not having enough room for what everyday people have in their kitchen.

Leaf Living at Stortford Fields, CM23

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely quiet area , lovely homes, just a 20 min walk to the town centre. Good bus service, which will improve once the the other side of the developments will be ready. Really nice area to walk or cycle. The noise is really to a minimum. Very Tranquille, when still not far from all the amenities. I love coming home every day!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We never had to contact them yet. So really can't say

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All I can say it's really a nice area to live, family friendly, dog friendly.
