5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location - close to work in the legal district and the station. Gym not open yet so currently a long walk but look forward to this being closer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fixed broken washer really quickly and had no other issues to date
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How to pay for temporary parking (still not too sure but involves signing a contract)

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to city centre, takes me about 6 minutes to walk to the train station also. Would recommend this spot if a commuter. The train is right across from my apartment but I don’t mind the noise of it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve had no problems since moving here. If there was I’m sure it would be dealt with in an appropriate time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think location of a property is very important and closer to a city the better.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s handy being super close to the station, and the city centre being such a close walk away saving a lot money on travel, only negative is being told 3 years ago there would be a local shop closer to the building and sadly only got a little in house minor shop, which is handy but an actual shop was mentioned.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve always worked extremely quick and never had any call backs for any issues they have fixed for us. Also super friendly and polite!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That rent would increase yearly, parking for guests is extremely expensive

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are a range of facilities and the location is great. The location allows for easy access routes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team have responded really well! Very efficient and quick. Solved the issue within the same day. Scott was also very polite and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Better communication on parking and collecting deliveries would be useful because some delivery drivers find it hard to locate.
