The windows, framed in dressed stone, retain their original joinery with imposing proportions, whose robustness and fine craftsmanship attest to the quality of the construction.
A double-flight stone staircase leads up to the central entrance door, highlighted by painted woodwork that contrasts with the light tones of the façade. This feature, characteristic of provincial manor houses, emphasizes access to the principal rooms located on the raised ground floor.
The house stands within a garden that opens up the setting, allowing full appreciation of the height of its façades and the balance of its composition. In this peaceful environment, the residence recalls the homes of notable families that once accompanied the prosperity of small towns in the Limousin region.
Through its distinctive architecture, the quality of its period features, and the scale of its volumes, the property now constitutes a rare example of bourgeois residential architecture in this part of the region, at the crossroads between urban heritage and the preserved landscapes of the Plateau de Millevaches.
