    Abdo Dada was incredibly helpful from the very beginning and supported me throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, everything progressed remarkably quickly, we were able to finalize everything within just one day. His professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and completely stress-free. I had an excellent experience overall and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and efficiency. The area is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, especially around Battersea Power Station, which also offers a great selection of shops. Transport links are very convenient, with both Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station stations within easy reach. There are also lovely parks nearby, making it ideal for families with children. The neighbourhood is clean, safe, and very pleasant to live in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been very responsive and professional. Whenever we raised any questions or minor issues, they handled everything quickly and efficiently. Their communication is clear, and they genuinely try to help, which makes living here much more comfortable and reassuring.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly, there isn’t much I wish I had known beforehand, as the experience has been very positive overall. If anything, I would say that the area is even more vibrant and convenient than it initially appears, especially with Battersea Power Station offering so many shops, restaurants, and social spaces. It’s also worth knowing how useful the building’s facilities are, particularly the study space and rooftop, which quickly become part of your daily routine. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations.

    Battersea is a great area to live in, everything is close by. Your near the city but it’s also quiet and green

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team is always super helpful and kind. We had a couple of small issues when we moved in and Jonathan has been great, and is always coming with a smile on his face.

    Nothing much to share everything as expected when viewed

    Bloom East, Nine Elms, appartements is sublime. What makes it wonderful is of course the facilities, but what distinguishes it, like no where else is people also like Khulood at the front desk. Khulood is exceptional, very professional, very knowledgeable, and she happy to help with the most wonderful smile. Khulood should be commended as her personality makes all the difference. Thank you Khulood

    Some pieces of furniture on entry missing was replaced ..

    Incredible location and amenities, right by the Power Station and the Northern line. Parking is very limited however.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, they fixed an issue I had with the light incredibly quickly

    The hot tub is often not that hot and the co-working can get busy. However the other areas are usually pretty empty.
