Very good area to live in with ease of transportation access, plenty of restaurants and shops. Very green area as well with lots to do.

modern area with plenty of new cafés, restaurants and shops, especially around Battersea Power Station. Transport is really good with the Northern Line (Nine Elms & Battersea Power Station) and Vauxhall close by, plus lots of buses, though traffic can get busy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far I have not had any issues or complaints, the staff are amazing and super responsive helpful and friendly.

Our surrounding area has nice availability to the Underground transit, shops and restaurants. Easy to walk the area and will be even better when the local construction is completed.

Better info regarding apps, portals, electronic keys availability, would make move in and set up easier.

Abdo Dada was incredibly helpful from the very beginning and supported me throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, everything progressed remarkably quickly, we were able to finalize everything within just one day. His professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and completely stress-free. I had an excellent experience overall and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and efficiency. The area is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, especially around Battersea Power Station, which also offers a great selection of shops. Transport links are very convenient, with both Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station stations within easy reach. There are also lovely parks nearby, making it ideal for families with children. The neighbourhood is clean, safe, and very pleasant to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and professional. Whenever we raised any questions or minor issues, they handled everything quickly and efficiently. Their communication is clear, and they genuinely try to help, which makes living here much more comfortable and reassuring.

Honestly, there isn’t much I wish I had known beforehand, as the experience has been very positive overall. If anything, I would say that the area is even more vibrant and convenient than it initially appears, especially with Battersea Power Station offering so many shops, restaurants, and social spaces. It’s also worth knowing how useful the building’s facilities are, particularly the study space and rooftop, which quickly become part of your daily routine. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations.

Great leasing experience with Abdo Dada. Very professional, and helped us find the perfect apartment for our budget and criteria. He made the full process quick, simple and easy to manage. Would recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. One of the best areas in London, new shops and restaurants opening all the time. Close enough to Chelsea/Sloane and Power Station for shopping/activities, but far enough that it’s not super busy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance has resolved all issues promptly and professionally.

No fault of the management, but sometimes the parcel room can get busy - sometimes best to get larger deliveries sent to Waitroise instead.
