Owners Comments - I have lived in my home for 10 years now. Overall, I have lived on the street a lot longer but moving just round the corner I have met some new friendly neighbours. We are all considerate of each other and are a nice community. I am in a group with 4 other residents where we get our windows cleaned on a bimonthly basis. The communal areas are always well lit in the evenings which is comforting when arrive home in the evenings and it's dark.

When the sun rises it comes through on the front of the property and then from the afternoon moves over the rear where sunlight comes in through the living room/ bedroom windows which is lovely.

I have upgraded to a combi boiler with 10 years parts and labour guarantee as long as service it yearly. There are 6 years remaining. This freed up a cupboard for additional storage space. The laminate flooring is only around 2 years old and still in great condition. The inbuilt sliding door wardrobe was built and installed by Hammonds around 4 years ago and still in great condition and has ample storage.

It will make a great first time home for a single person or couple looking to get onto the property ladder.
