Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Extremely close to the hyper centre, easy access with tube etc... 24h transport can't complain really

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well, as I didn't have any problem so far it will be difficult to answer N/A

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing much it was exactly how it was shown during my virtual visit really

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Collective Old Oak - Worst place to live on the planet. Rooms smaller than prisons. Staff are the worst people. Amateur and zero experience and if you take any problem to them, all they ask is to leave the place or they will give you a notice to vacant within a week and do not pay the deposit. for the sake of events, they only do Drinks, and if any food is provided then the food quantity for 10-20 is provided for 600ppl and then the remaining ppl are told they are late. They think they can do what they want and if you raise any complaint they send an eviction notice. The Events and all the big thing they say... are fake as 99% of the events are done by the ppl for the ppl. Even after reading this, if you want to live in here, you will regret. Live anywhere but don't live here atleast until the above named ppl are working in here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They would ignore it for a couple of weeks from reporting and then when you will go to report it, they will rather send an eviction notice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I moved the management staff was real good but the new staff this year is stupid, unexperienced, disrespectful and under qualified for the job. Only the people in here are good but they all are leaving by Oct'22.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Knew it would be & pricey, didnt expect dirty, damaged & unsafe. Rife with thieves, staff don't care. No parking anywhere (even to move in), 1 ok but fairly expensive corner shop. 1 restaurant which is not part of business. You have to are a 5 min walk around the back of the building to take out your rubbish.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took 1 month and threats of legal action to be moved to a slightly better room, my stuff got stolen from the laundry room and they refuse to view the cctv, let me view it or take any action at all. If you ask anything at the desk they say to send an email, if you email you get ignored or fobbed off. Total shambles

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When you tour they set people up to say hi and be friendly. It's not like that. Some people are ok, but you'll probably only ever see the same 15 at anything. The show room is nothing like the room you'll be given.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best thing about this Place was Abdo who managed to sort me out with a place here at the collective. Straight to the point and direct. Moved quickly to secure me a studio.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are willing to help and want to help. Sometimes support is not working properly so can be frustrating. But all good .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How tiny the rooms were and about an incident that happened on the 2nd floor terrace. Definitely should have been told.
