    Never had an issue with anything in the last few years.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish we knew the gym would’ve be available straight away however they did compensate us for this.

    Very close to all the nice bar and Northern Quarter. There are a lot of parking area too! And it is very close to the train station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They very super quick! I had this electric meter problem and they resolve that in pne day

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There is a movie room, it was so great. Also I wish I knew there is a gym then I don’t have to pay for my gym outside.

    Nice location 15-20 minutes walk to new street station, 15 mins to five ways station. Quiet neighbourhood with lovely views.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    No issues raised yet but the team so far is very responsive via whatsapp & calls.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish the process was smoother in terms of referencing and the 6 month upfront policy for students.

    Unfortunately, there is an issue with parking availability in the area, as spaces are often limited and it can be difficult to find

    There is very limited parking in the area, which is quite inconvenient.
