"We feel so lucky to have found Clifton View, it has truly the best first home we could have asked for. From morning coffees on the terrace to long summer evenings entertaining friends in the garden, it’s been a place full of special memories. It feels like a quiet oasis that somehow doesn’t feel like a City at all, offering a peaceful escape from the bustle of everyday life. We’ve loved being part of such a friendly neighbourhood, with neighbours who quickly became familiar faces. Being just a short stroll to Victoria Park for mornings with the dog, an easy walk into the city centre or harbourside, and Friday nights spent at The Star and Dove, the location couldn’t be better."

The house

Placed in a quiet corner of Totterdown, is this beautifully presented two double bedroom terraced home. Totterdown is a hugely popular part of Bristol located in the south-east of the city. Within a five-minute walk from the house, you’ll find the The Sundial Kitchen, Fox & West Deli and Bank.
For those looking for green space, there are few better places in Bristol. The nearby Victoria Park offers approximately 50 acres of large open space with fantastic views of the city. Plus, you’ll find Perrett’s Park and Arnos Vale are also just a short walk away.

Totterdown is perfect for those working within Bristol and for the cities beyond via the trains at nearby Temple Meads. For drivers, easy access to Wells Road takes you directly through the city to the M32 or the countryside of Chew Valley, the Mendips, and North Somerset.
