23B Church Street has a prime setting in central St Andrews. It overlooks Church Square and The Holy Trinity Church in the middle of the town. All the shops, pubs and restaurants in North Street, South Street and Market Street are close at hand.

The flat is three streets away from The Scores which is the cliff top street leading to the R&A Clubhouse and West Sands Beach. The University of St Andrews is one of the oldest in Britain (founded in 1413).
