The land is located in a central area of the city, overlooking the monumental area and it is close to important equipments and green areas.

This land has an approved Allotment Project, with pardon to payment and due to its location, it will have a great impact in the development of the entire central area of the city.

There was a serious concern in integrating the new allotment in the central area of the city, creating targeted axes and safeguarding an overall positive impact.
Respect for the extremes and the respective regulatory distances, in the perspective of an autonomous urban solution. Contribution to the pedestrian and bicycle link between the centre and this area.

The project to be implemented in the parcel under consideration fits appropriately in its surroundings, consisting of the Maria do Céu Mendes neighbourhood and a consolidated area of multifamily housing. On the other hand, being this project the first for an area with lands of other owners, it is understood that the future urbanization of neighbouring plots must be territorially articulated with the viable option.

The allotment predicts 12 lots, of which 6 are mixed, with ground floor for local business or services, and six totally residential. The buildings, with three floors above the ground and basement for parking, are arranged along the new streets.
