Very close to the city center which is great, plenty of restaurants and bars, and for shopping. Easy access to the canal and bus routes. Trains can get a bit loud at times.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
All local shops are at walkable distance from the apartment. Came by 09 PM train , feels still safe. Not sure how it feels when came after 09:30 PM train. Will there any crime of I come back after 09:30 from train?
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were always available. If they don't know anything they would tell we will check and confirm me back on this
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall best and Comfortable place to stay. If the apartment has also inbuilt microwave and bit less pricey for single bedroom apartments then it would be even more best place to live in the heart of city centre.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very nice area, it’s quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Leeds. The closest shop is about it a 5 min walk which is handy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Typically very well. The only problem that we’ve had since moving in is the hot water goes off once in a while but i will say that the issue is always resolved within a few hours
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing in particular that i wish i knew. Everything has lived up to expectations
