5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s just. 7 minute walk to the Wilson Junction which you can get to Bakerloo line and mildway and lionless, also a 15 minute walk to North Acton station. There is a bus stop exactly in front of the entrance. Simply fresh does the living easy . You can find everything you want in this supermarket.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are so nice and understanding. You are always welcome for asking anything you want.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rooms are small. But it’s good because it makes you save money instead of buying too many things.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is not much in the way of shops at old oak lane but there is a good convenance store that is open early and late that has all your basic needs. There are good transport links to central London
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues but from what I know things are fixed quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How good the events are & that when these are taken into account the rent is good value

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s not much around and the train station is like 15 mins away. The restaurant in the building is never open. The building itself is quite nice though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been very quick and efficient with responses.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’d say the area is quite rough so if you’re a woman, be prepared to be happy at home/in the building because north acton isn’t worth seeing outside of the building. Also the station is quite a walk and the bus isn’t frequent.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Need more good shops and restaurants nearby, the only good store is a Tesco which is a 15 minute walk, and should have a fast food joint instead of alkhayma will work better, should have parking as well which it doesn’t, street is good,
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly, so far so good, they’ve never neglected or been slow about any of their decisions
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rooms are really small and that you need to socialise with people to live there.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient for city-centre living, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping all within a short walk, plus good access to New Street, tram stops and bus links. Open space is reasonable for a central location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely well .Mo is very helpful. I enjoy living here it’s comfortable, well located, and easy to manage day to day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there wasn’t anything major that caught me out after moving in. It’s been a good place to live overall and pretty much what I expected. The main thing I’d say to a new neighbour is that city-centre living naturally comes with a bit more background noise and activity than a quieter residential area, but the convenience of having everything nearby really makes up for it. Other than that, it’s been a comfortable and straightforward place to live, and I haven’t had any major issues beyond the furniture being a little basic in the room.
