Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location. We walk to the supermarket almost every day. Theres a bus stop right outside. The train station is on the other side which is perfect for after catching a late train home

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually respond same day and can get it fixed within 3-4 days depending on the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven’t been surprised by anything. Everyone was informative before and during the move in process

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is really convenient with plenty of shops, cafes and places to eat nearby. Transport links are good and it’s easy to get around, which makes day-to-day life simple. It generally feels safe and well looked after, and it’s not too noisy either. Overall, a nice area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any small issues I’ve had have been dealt with pretty quickly. The team are easy to get hold of and keep you updated, which makes things a lot less stressful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly nothing major comes to mind. It’s been a pretty smooth experience overall. If anything, just that the shared spaces like the lounge are actually really useful and get used more than I expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Open spaces and gym and security available all the time which feels so safe at the place. PARKING is a huge problem and expensive on site parking when you have small kids no joy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are excellent but never got any positive response from the Granger plc regarding the parking issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is not free onsite for resident and charging £150 without any discount is a big drawback

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a really positive experience overall. One of the best things is how convenient everything is — there are plenty of shops, schools, and transport links nearby, and having the train right outside makes getting around incredibly easy. A big plus is the availability of underground parking, which makes things much more convenient and takes away the usual stress of finding a space. The building itself also feels very safe and secure, with onsite security always present, which gives great peace of mind. It’s also a very family-friendly area with a nice sense of community, and people are generally friendly and respectful. In terms of downsides, because the airport is close by, it can sometimes get a bit noisy. However, the triple-glazed windows make a huge difference, and you do get used to it over time. Overall, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. It’s a well-connected, safe, and convenient place to live, and I’ve had a really good experience here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been excellent when it comes to handling any problems or issues. They are very responsive and easy to contact, and they always take concerns seriously. Whenever I’ve raised anything, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. What stands out is how approachable and helpful they are — you never feel ignored, and they make sure to follow up until everything is properly resolved. Their proactive and professional approach really gives peace of mind and makes a big difference to the overall living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much value the included facilities would add to everyday life. Having access to the gym, cinema room, yoga space, and dining area at no extra cost really makes a difference, and it’s something you don’t fully appreciate until you’re living here. I also didn’t realise how strong the sense of community would be. The regular events and celebrations organised by the team bring residents together and make it feel much more than just a place to live. In terms of practical insight, because the airport is nearby, there can be some noise at times — but the triple-glazed windows make a big difference, and you quickly get used to it. On the plus side, the excellent transport links, especially having the train right outside, make commuting incredibly convenient. A couple of downsides to be aware of are the hard water in the area, which can affect appliances and fittings over time, and occasional instances where the hot water has cut off, although these have been addressed when raised. Overall, my tip to a new neighbour would be to make full use of the facilities and get involved in the community events — it really enhances the whole living experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I loved the area and highly recommend it to any young couples looking for a great night life and things to do on the weekend!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything was handled brilliantly with the exception of Tina and the bugs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the paint on the walls scratches so easily and that the color is so easily affected. When we moved in, I tried to gently clean some scuff marks left by the previous tenants using only water, but I quickly discovered that even that changed the color of the paint, which we were then responsible for fixing upon moving out.
