5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I was new to The quays when i moved here and was not very familiar with area, now i see it as the place to be, its nice and quiet yet minutes from the quays, bars, restaurants and even a short tram journey from Manchester city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Few minor maintenance issues as previously stated but these were dealt with rapidly with the efficient organising by Martin and the the operative Mike attended and had them fixed in next to no time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking not ideal but this is a minor inconvenience, the pull of living at Eda easily outweighs this.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at EDA has been a really great experience overall. The building is modern, well designed and the apartments are finished to a high standard with lots of natural light and great views from the 19th floor. The amenities are the best part of the building I’d say! The cinema is my favourite. I have nothing bad to say about EDA!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I’ve had issues in the building, the building management ream has been very responsive and professional. Any concerns I’ve raised they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The team are always approachable and easy to contact, which makes a big difference and adds to the overall positive experience of living at EDA.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really, everything about EDA has been amazing!
