5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Best location we have lived ever. Walking distance to medical facilities, parks, best primary schools, malls, local stores, supermarket, library, play areas.Lot of activities and happening location. Bad part is there is no good secondary school around. Academically good children cant live in this locality. What a pity! Though there are lot of parks and green spaces around, they could have had some gardening space within. Many residents do not recycle. I dont know how this works. Best car parking, External bike storage, Garbage room, Easy postage and parcel collection facilities. So safe compared to any other bldg in MK.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The reception team instantly respond. Though the outsourced maintenance people arrive once a week to address any issues. But nonetheless they have always solved the issues, be it replacing the appliances or changing furniture. Top service.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I had known that there are no good secondary schools around. And wish I had known that this place is too good to leave after living here for a while. Its rare to find so many facilities in a bldg, events, community living and in city center.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I loved the area and highly recommend it to any young couples looking for a great night life and things to do on the weekend!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything was handled brilliantly with the exception of Tina and the bugs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the paint on the walls scratches so easily and that the color is so easily affected. When we moved in, I tried to gently clean some scuff marks left by the previous tenants using only water, but I quickly discovered that even that changed the color of the paint, which we were then responsible for fixing upon moving out.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area boasts a fantastic variety of amenities that make daily life incredibly convenient. There is a great range of shops and supermarkets. There is a diverse selection of restaurants and bars that cater to all tastes—perfect for both a quick weeknight meal or a weekend celebration. The open spaces and parks (Campbell Park and Willen Lake) nearby are beautiful, providing a much-needed green escape for exercise and relaxation. The convenience of the transport links is a highlight of living here. We are well-served by frequent bus and train services that make commuting to different areas seamless (Different bus routes at The Point, Centre MK and MK Train Station).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is remarkably responsive and professional whenever an issue is raised. Any maintenance request or inquiry is addressed immediately, often with a resolution provided. They have an online apps (Grainger UK) that makes reporting issues stress-free, and the follow-up is consistently thorough to ensure the problem has been fully resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Diverse and amazing activities and festive events are hosted by the management team. Through these enjoyable events, residents can enhance understanding and promote friendship.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I had a really positive experience living in this flat. The property was well-maintained and in a great location, ant it made daily life very convenient. Most importantly all staff, especially reception team and cleaning team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful from first day to emd day, almost like friends rather than just management. Communication was always easy, and any issues were handled quickly. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I truly appreciated my time here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast, and they solve everything on time and they make life easy
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I am very pleased to all the thşng in Enigma, no more thing is needed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a fair bit of traffic noise from some loud vehicles in the area The nearest bus stop is an 8 minute walk and the service provided by Arriva is slow, noisy, somewhat unreliable and fairly expensive
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has not taken responsibility for the situation with the interior paint and seems to instead be using it as an excuse to charge tenants for frequent repainting
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that the walls would have to be spotless when moving out. I wish I knew how hard it would be to clean any marks on the walls I wish I knew how unbearably hot the apartment would be in the summer
Manager's response3Dear Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear about your positive review, however we are sorry that aspects of the living space did not meet your expectations. Your comments are noted and will be shared with our wider team for review. Regarding end of tenancy charges, these are assessed in line with tenancy agreements and fair wear and tear guidelines. It is never our intention to apply charges unfairly, and we understand the importance of clear expectations around this. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve both the living experience and our communication with residents.
