What a great house this is, so if you are looking for a simple, well priced, two bedroom home that's located in a quite setting in Buckley, either as a first home, a place to crash after a hard days work or even an investment opportunity, then may I suggest you keep on reading as we may have something just for you.
Pulling up outside, the first thing you'll notice is an area of parking for two cars with paving stones running down past the house to the rear side gate, that leads to the garden at the back.
Opening the front door, we step inside a very handy porch. This is a place that's outside your main living area, a place where you can leave your wet shoes, coats and hats, so that your space inside your home is kept a little less clutter free.
From the porch we step into the lounge, an open staircase rises directly Infront of us to, yes you guessed it, the first floor. The lounge has a bay window overlooking the front aspect that also allows ample light to flow in, keeping the room well illuminated. Wood effect flooring adorns the floor making for easy cleaning and also adding a touch of class. This is a decent sized room capable of taking a good assortment of furniture.
A bi-fold door opens to the modern stylish kitchen and breakfast room, which is well fitted with some glossy storage units. Worksurfaces line three walls and provide plenty of space for food preparation as well as a place for all of those modern 21st Century gadgets that we've all become so used to today. A useful breakfast bar means friends can sit and join you while you create some cullinary masterpieces / or open the take-away boxes....whichever fits best!!. A window sits in front of the sink and offers views over the lovely rear garden while you wash up, I bet you can't wait.
Stepping outside, the rear garden is a decent size, and when I was there on a beautiful sunny days, was a real suntrap. There's an area of grass with a path running up the centre of it, leading to a gravel trap at the rear of the garden providing a place for the sunchairs and table. A large shed offers a convenient place to keep all of your garden tools and sundries.
Returning indoors and through the lounge, up the stairs to the first floor. We come to a small landing, with a woindow at the top of the stairs providing useful light into what would otherwoise be a very dark place.
The main bedroom is a generous size, capable of taking a large double bed as well as other freestanding pieces of furniture. A large recess offers a place to build a handy storgage cupboard or wardrobe, and there is another door that opens to another storage compartment. A large window looks out over the front aspect, as well as giving you a view of the landscape that everyone who has it boats to have, a view of Moel Fammau!
The second bedroom is not as large as the main, obviously, but it will provide the occupant with the most important tool that any bedroom has to offer, and that's a place for a bed.My advice is, choose your freestanding furniture wisely, but you will get some in and that's a real bonus.
The family bathroom has been fitted with a modern contemporary suite, comprising of a panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin and of course, the obligatory toilet that you'd be lost without. There is a frosted window that allows ample light in and also prevents prying eyes from wondering in....not that it's that kind of area - before you start asking!
