Chesters Harcourt was established in 2020 out of a merger between Chesters Commercial and Harcourt Kerr and is a company of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers based in Yeovil & Taunton, Somerset. Chesters Commercial itself was established in 2014 having evolved from Humberts Commercial, which traded for nearly 20 years and under a franchise agreement with Chesterton Humberts. Harcourt Kerr specialised in Development Land and shared many attributes with Chesters Commercial so the merger was very much a meeting of minds.

We have expertise in all areas of the commercial property market including property agency, valuation, planning and development and leasehold advisory. We pride ourselves on our local knowledge and our extensive client list and long established reputation allows us to provide a UK wide service particularly in our specialist field of development land consultancy.
