4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's hard to come up with any bad aspects of the area but there are so many good. The countryside all around, the centre of Bath about 20 minutes walking distance away, a train station across the road from the apartment block taking you into the centre of Bath or the other way to Bristol.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team have done a great job often in difficult circumstances. There was an issue with the hot water last October and the team done very well in dealing with it the best they could. They provided updates everyday of the situation, provided alternative showers with access to hot water, and was able to get the tenants compensation. Overall I think they did a great job and continue to do a great job.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They isn't really anything that I would of needed to know before moving into the block.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Castings is the perfect location for city living. I frequently get the train and use public transport and It is so convenient for this with a tram stop 2-3 minutes away and Piccadilly station a 6 minute walk. It has a costa on the door step and other local shops & restaurants nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, i had an issue with the internet, which wasn't down to the landlord, regardless the team were quick to offer help and i managed to get it resolved without any stress.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wouldn't say there was much I wasn't sure about when i moved it but for any minor questions i had, the concierge team were always on hand.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded well whenever I have raised any issues.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area’s really convenient everything you need is within walking distance, loads of food options, good transport links, and it feels pretty lively without being overwhelming. It’s ideal if you like having things going on but still want your own space. No Downsides.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Two people really stood out to me Ed and Lilly. Ed was great: super helpful, always followed up, and brought really good energy. And Lilly… she’s basically the MVP of the building. If Kampus had a secret weapon, it’s Lilly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how much I’d actually end up using the shared spaces—they’re way better than expected and make it easy to get out of your flat without really leaving the building. Also didn’t realise how quickly the place starts to feel like a little community, which has been a nice surprise.
