- An offer cannot be accepted during the 12 week period unless the Council or their Nominee have confirmed they are dealing with the approval of potential purchasers.

 

- In seeking confirmation from the Council or their Nominee written notice should be served on the Council/Nominee setting out details of the proposed purchasers which will be accompanied by an administration fee not exceeding 0.5% of the Discounted Price.

 

- The Council/Nominee are deemed to have confirmed the person satisfies the requirement you do not receive written notification of approval within 12 working days of the date that our written notice was served on them.
