Excellent location for a busy professional. Everything is very nearby including transportation, markets, parks etcs

On time with clear expectations set. No Complaints

Grainger makes finding a flat seamless. I wish i knew this before

Best location we have lived ever. Walking distance to medical facilities,parks,best primary schools,malls,local stores,supermarket,library,play areas.Lot of activities and happening location. Bad part is there is no good secondary school around. Academically good children cant live in this locality. What a pity! Though there are lot of parks and green spaces around, they could have had some gardening space within. Many residents do not recycle. I dont know how this works. Best car parking, External bike storage, Garbage room, Easy postage and parcel collection facilities. So safe compared to any other bldg in MK.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception team instantly respond. Though the outsourced maintenance people arrive once a week to address any issues. But nonetheless they have always solved the issues, be it replacing the appliances or changing furniture. Top service.

Wish I had known that there are no good secondary schools around. And wish I had known that this place is too good to leave after living here for a while. Its rare to find so many facilities in a bldg, events, community living and in city center.

Best parts is easy access to parks, work-out facilities, and grocery shopping. Bad part is that many buildings in the area have not come back from abandonment during Covid and the vacancies are unsightly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the people working in the building do a first-rate job with what they are able to do (report/repair) and organize.

Yes. I did not realize that the unit did not include cutlery, kitchenwares, kettle, toilet paper, or other essentials to immediate occupancy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nothing bad to say at all. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. Easy to contact and always polite and replied to us very quickly. We felt very much at home there and everyone was brilliant. Very close to DLR, shops and a few restaurants. Would definitely stay there again

Not that there were any issues to report really but any minor ones were always dealt with immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly cannot think of anything negative. The location of Millet Place is perfect with the Barrier Park being very close by. DLR and bus service ces also very close by too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location. We walk to the supermarket almost every day. Theres a bus stop right outside. The train station is on the other side which is perfect for after catching a late train home

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually respond same day and can get it fixed within 3-4 days depending on the issue

I haven’t been surprised by anything. Everyone was informative before and during the move in process
