What a location! As the (lovely!) road name would suggest, Mayflower Meadow is surrounded by fields, SANG land and plenty of open green space - it's actually one of the reasons the current owners chose this place to call home when it was built in 2022.

The house itself is over 1700sqft and you're welcomed inside to a lovely big entrance hall with plenty of storage and a downstairs loo. There's a study with a bay window over looking the fields to the front on one side, and a dual aspect living room to the front on the other with a bay window and lovely views. There's a huge kitchen/dining room at the back of the house opening into the garden, with everything from integrated appliances to granite worktops, and another reception room with garden access linking the kitchen and main living room - the perfect spot for a playroom we thought.

Upstairs has a huge galleried landing with 4 huge double bedrooms, 2 en-suites and a family bathroom - worth pointing out that the smallest of the four bedrooms is bigger than most main bedrooms we see on a day to day basis, so there's be no arguments over who gets which bedroom!

To round it all off there's a lovely garden, garage & driveway parking as well as plenty of extra parking bays for guests and visitors really close by.

Mayflower Meadow is right on the border of Three Mile Cross and Spencers Wood village which offers the perfect lifestyle balance. Rural living but surrounded by traditional pubs and countryside with Reading nearby too. Spencers Wood has local amenities including a post office, convenience store and the recently reopened Swan Pub just a short walk away and you're not too far from either Shinfield and Lower Earley offering further amenities and pubs. You are also really well connected from here with access to junction 11 of the M4 within a few minutes, bus links into Reading and Wokingham and the Green Park Railway link making commuting into London even easier.
