Two Bed Second floor apartment on Las Terrazas de La Torre Resort, with great views over the communal garden area and out to the Jack Nicaklus Golf Course.

On entry to the apartment you enter into a bright lounge, with a good sized open plan kitchen to the left. This property has been used very rarely by the present owner, and comes unfurnished. The Kitchen has oven/hob (rarely/never used) and boiler- again hardly used.
The Master Bedroom is a Double room and Bedroom 2 is also a Double with room for Twin beds or a Double bed no problem and both bedrooms have in-built wardrobes.

The lounge is lovely and bright with large double doors which lead out to a good sized terrace. The orientation is South West meaning it will always be a lovely bright apartment and will have sun on the terrace, especially in the winter months when the sun is lower in the sky.
There is pre-installation for AC in the lounge and both bedrooms making it very easy to be installed for AC and Heating with the exterior units on the roof (not encroaching on your private terrace).

Murcia International Airport is a 15 minute drive away and the beaches of the Mar Menor is also approx 15 minute drive. Within a 5 minute drive you also have the Resort of La Torre, with its facilities, and the Town of Roldan which has many bars/restaurants/facilities.
