Overall the facilities are alright. We have local shops nearby, very few restaurant options but with transport links and connectivity, it's manageable. Anti-social behaviour is a small problem at nights around the locality on weekends but within the building, it's safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually, the team responds well. Sometimes, it's difficult to raise issues as we need to apply through app but overall the response is quick.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
During the summers, the window doesn't provide enough ventilation. Even Fans doesn't provide sufficient air circulation.

It’s just. 7 minute walk to the Wilson Junction which you can get to Bakerloo line and mildway and lionless, also a 15 minute walk to North Acton station. There is a bus stop exactly in front of the entrance. Simply fresh does the living easy . You can find everything you want in this supermarket.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are so nice and understanding. You are always welcome for asking anything you want.

The rooms are small. But it’s good because it makes you save money instead of buying too many things.

There is not much in the way of shops at old oak lane but there is a good convenance store that is open early and late that has all your basic needs. There are good transport links to central London

I haven’t had any issues but from what I know things are fixed quickly

How good the events are & that when these are taken into account the rent is good value

The Collective Old Oak is in a very convenient location, with great transport links that make getting into central London quick and easy. There’s also a grocery shop and a small restaurant nearby, which adds to the everyday convenience. Overall, it’s a well-connected and practical place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far been resolved. Sometimes takes a bit longer but overall happy with the outcome.

Always view the building and rooms and all facilities so you know where everything is.
