Yeah so when the lights went out they fixed them so quick it amazed me

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great and we love our local bar, Atlas. The Deansgate tram stop is really useful for getting out and about. One issue are the cars that drive into the turning circle and rev their engines really loudly, often late at night. The General store is also very good and I go at least once a day - I like that it has some interesting brands!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, it’s really easy to submit any issues via the online portal and they are generally dealt with pretty quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Check the Renaker development plan for the area in front of the towers as your view may be shortly disappearing!

The location and access to central Manchester via foot or tram is excellent. The ongoing building work and the disappearing views is the most troubling aspect of living here. The dog owners using the pathways and light posts as toilets for their pets is pretty rough - as we have to keep our wits about us, so as not to step in anything! There are a group of drivers who regularly rev their engines really loudly outside the General Store - getting rid of them would be a bonus, too.

No problem - very efficient to raise issues via the online portal and they are dealt with pretty quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The ongoing building work means that the views you have today may it be there in 12 months time.

kouba has made the environment very annoying, the noises are intense and the people surrounding the area aren't that great, this only happened after kouba. everything else is fine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Like i mentioned the receptionists helena and bethany are super sweet, the maintenence crew is quick to come after any requests i make.

i don't really have anything to share to be honest.

I didn’t have any problem. The electric issue O was in Spain. So I didn’t suffer it . But sure it was managed in the best way

Nothing particular. It was clear when I was moved. Staff supported me with all questions and was easy
