    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Location of the local area is perfect. Far enough from town where you don’t hear any traffic / loud commotion but close enough where you can be anywhere within a 20 minute walk or if you’re feeling lazy it’s a 2 minute walk from the tram station. Only thing I’d add is a sports bar but that’s because I am a big footie fan apart from that it’s perfect.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management are so efficient and always promptly deal with any issues

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Everything was covered there was no issues when moving in.

    The location is fantastic, quiet yet within easy walking distance of great restaurants, breweries, and local shops. It strikes a really nice balance between being peaceful at home while still having plenty of things to do nearby. Transport links are convenient and everything feels very accessible. The street itself feels safe and well-kept, with no major issues around noise or disruptions.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven’t raised any issues so far, which in itself speaks to how well things are run. For general questions and smaller requests, the team has been very responsive, approachable, and helpful. They are easy to reach and quick to assist, which gives a lot of confidence in the overall management.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would recommend completing the referencing process as early as you can, as it helps move everything along more smoothly. Ask as many questions as you can during viewing. I would also recommend checking in pre-move-in cleaning to make sure everything is completed to your expectations.

    It is right at the city centre ,5 minutes away from the train station Piccadilly and still far enough from loud traffic noise

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I could not find a package and the staff has helped me track it down

    Walls are a little thin Not much of a parking lot

    The Castings is the perfect location for city living. I frequently get the train and use public transport and It is so convenient for this with a tram stop 2-3 minutes away and Piccadilly station a 6 minute walk. It has a costa on the door step and other local shops & restaurants nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, i had an issue with the internet, which wasn't down to the landlord, regardless the team were quick to offer help and i managed to get it resolved without any stress.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wouldn't say there was much I wasn't sure about when i moved it but for any minor questions i had, the concierge team were always on hand.
