Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is so convenient living here. The location is fantastic with grocery shops and restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. Canning Town tube station is also within just a 1-2 minute walk away- practically right in front of the building! There is ample of parking within the Morrison’s car park which is also convenient. The community around the building and shops is nice with many young professionals and families. I’ve really enjoyed all the conveniences here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems or issues we’ve had were well received and actions were immediately taken. It is very easy to log on issues on the app and the team is very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be aware of the construction and traffic noises because it is a high traffic, and rapidly developing area!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is incredibly well connected with the underground, DLR, and bus station right opposite the development. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and amenities to choose from in the area. I’ve used the underground carpark for 2 years and have had no issues. I’ve not witnessed any anti-social behaviour and feel really safe in the area, particularly with the on-site 24/7 security team based at reception. Bin collections are regular and there’s always space for rubbish. There’s no traffic noise at anti-social hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have responded quickly to any issues in the building and the flat itself. The team are incredibly supportive, friendly, and helpful! They have made staying in the building a pleasure.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The development has changed and been updated for the better since I moved here in 2024. Grainger seem quite committed to upgrading things regularly. I wish I’d known about the outdoor terrace when I’d moved in, it’s great in the summer months!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Solstice Apartments, MK9

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Milton Keynes city centre has most shops i need. Soltice apartments are just across road. Bars clubs and restaurants are literally 5 minutes walk away. Train station 5 minutes by taxi. London is just an hour drive depending on traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Exemplary ,all issues are resolved sharpish. If they can't help on the spot they arrange to come back at a later time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad to say. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
