Set back from the road with ample off-road parking for several vehicles, the property immediately conveys a sense of privacy and scale. Inside, the home unfolds into a series of beautifully proportioned rooms, including a dedicated home office and a gym—ideal for both productivity and wellbeing without ever leaving the house.

At the heart of the home, the living spaces are both inviting and versatile, complemented by a separate utility room that keeps day-to-day life effortlessly organised. Each of the five bedrooms is generously sized and benefits from high-quality fitted storage, combining practicality with clean, elegant design.

The three bathrooms have been finished to an exceptional standard, featuring premium materials and fittings from Lusso Stone, Mandarin Stone, and Crosswater. These spaces feel calm, contemporary, and quietly luxurious—more boutique hotel than functional necessity.

Throughout the home, a carefully curated palette from Farrow & Ball and Little Greene enhances the sense of cohesion and understated sophistication, with each room thoughtfully considered in both tone and texture.

To the rear, the two-tier garden enjoys a prized easterly and southerly aspect, ensuring sunlight throughout the day. This outdoor space offers a wonderful balance of structure and openness, perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or family time.

What the owner says,,,,

We have really enjoyed living here and there is such a lovely sense of community in the Brangwyn district. We are set back from all the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to step out and enjoy all that the area has to offer! The house itself is a fantastic size and has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. We are very well connected for transport and both Preston Park and Hove Park are so close by. There are also some fantastic schools. We will miss it greatly.

Property Sold Properly.

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary? It's that little bit extra.

At TAUK, we believe it's the small details that make the biggest difference. A little more time understanding your home and what makes it special. A little more thought behind the marketing, so it reaches the right buyers. A little more care in negotiations, ensuring you don't just sell, but sell well.

It's the combination of all these extra little bits that delivers extraordinary outcomes.
