    Up and coming development at the moment, range and quality of shops great and within easy commuting distance. Great area borders on town and countryside.

    Yes, within 24hrs and a resolution within a defined period.

    Limitations/restrictions of service providers, which causes additional stress for a new occupier to resolve post move

    This development is within easy reach of all local amenities, plenty of shops, schools, bus routes, everything we could need in close proximity, Bexhill is a beautiful area with the seafront not far.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven't had any issues with the property so far , I feel confident if issues arrive that they will be dealt with properly and in a timely manner.

    The process of viewing the property and receiving information about the property left me with no questions unanswered.

    Very short and easy journey into Salisbury where all amenities are available. The bust stop into Salisbury is based less than 100 yards from the estate. Private off road parking for one or two cars means the roads are very empty and not at all congested. Traffic noise the short distance aware from the road that we are, is negligible due to acoustically insulated buildings.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We're yet to raise any issue to them, but given their response times thus far, I imagine it will be very quick

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Literally nothing. Every question i had was answered straight away. Their transparency throughout the whole process left me with all the information I needed before I moved in. My only critique is with our local authority not declaring waste collection days, but that is far outside the remit of Leaf Living

    We only moved in recently so we have not had any bad experiences. There appears to a good local & frequent bus service with numerous stops located nearby. There are a number of local shops and a nice pub within walking distance. Great canal side walks and a lovely man made green space with large wildlife ponds. Plenty of parks for children to play.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Still awaiting a response regarding vinyl flooring to kitchen.

    Nothing to add at this time as have only recently moved in.
