5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to wellington place, close to centre, secluded area and lovely garden on top of bridge. New design makes everything feel modern and is great in. The summer - always some event going on one way or another.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time we have had an issue it has been dealt with swiftly and they genuinely care about making you happy - especially Clinton who has gone above and beyond for us before.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish we knew that it existed sooner, because then we would have moved in!!

Located near to city center, and close to train station and shops nearby. The building facilities are great, easy access and the front staff is very helpful.

Building management has been very helpful with my queries or issues i have ever faced. Clinton from front desk reception has always been helpful and sorts out any queries i may have almost immediately. Even the parcels received are kept safe and secured by the management.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, nice staff and well furnished apartments. Parking is restrictive and it’s expensive to park for a short period of time at the complet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good! Clinton, Keira and Bethany are always super helpful along with the other staff that I deal with!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was informed the gym would open in November (I moved in semptember) and this was a crucial part of me deciding to live at the junction. They mentioned there was discounted gyms until this time but discounts were very small and I’ve paid for an extra five months and inconvenience of not having a gym on site (that’s basically half of my tenancy)
