Lots of shops in close proximity to the estate, quiet street and neighborhood even with building still going on and plenty parking available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t been in long so haven’t raised any issues just yet .

Order your new bin with council in advance and a list of which utilities the house is set up with when moving in.

The area is private and quiet due to being a residential estate which makes it feel even more like a home. We are also in a lovely area with access to all we need. The help we have received from Ryan during our move has been fantastic and has made our first experience of moving out as a young couple very smooth.

I have been happy with all aspects of the location of my property and convenience to shops. The road I live on is very quiet as still buildings in progress

Any issues raised have been dealt with in a friendly, timely manner

I wish I had been able to view the property more than once to be able to take measurements to see if my furniture and belongings would fit!

Honestly the area is pretty good overall. There’s a nice mix of shops, cafes and places to eat, so it’s really convenient day to day. You don’t have to go far for essentials, and there are also some good green spaces nearby which is a big plus. Transport links are reliable with buses and stations within easy reach, making it fairly straightforward to get around. It feels like a safe, well-balanced area that’s lively without being overwhelming, and generally a really comfortable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve only just moved in, but even on the first day the response has been great. Someone came round to fix a snagging issue straight away, which was really reassuring. It’s clear they’re proactive and willing to sort things quickly, especially as it’s a new build and small touch-ups are expected. We’ve also been told they’ll continue to be available if anything needs fixing or adjusting, which gives a lot of confidence going forward.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As first-time movers, some of the practical things like setting up bins and getting used to how everything works in the building were a bit confusing at first, but that’s more on us than anything else. Other than that, everything has been very smooth so far and there haven’t been any real surprises. It’s probably worth knowing that with a new build there may be small snagging issues, but they seem to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall, the experience with Leaf Living – especially Ryan Lind – has been really positive.
