Set near the entrance of the small Cretan town of Neapoli, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete this is an old (1926) detached stone house on a large gated private plot of 528m2 with beautiful yard and gardens.

Neapoli is a small but very lively town only a 10 minute drive from the tourist town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete.

There are dozens of shops, restaurants, cafes and amenities in the town as well as a hospital.
The international airport of Heraklion is less than a 30 minute drive from Neapolis.
Within 10-15 minutes drive there is Agios Nikolaos, the capital of the Lassithi region with all the amenities but also a very popular tourist destination with wonderful sandy beaches.
