    The local area around Ten Degrees is vibrant and convenient. You have everything from coffee shops and restaurants to supermarkets and green spaces within walking distance. East Croydon station is nearby and makes commuting easy. Boxpark, Fairfield Halls and the shopping centre mean there is always something to do. It's lively but never feels unsafe, and the community vibe is welcoming.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever I have raised an issue, the building management has responded promptly and effectively, addressing the problem quickly and following up to ensure it has been resolved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known about the building's community events and resident socials earlier. They are a great way to meet neighbours and get involved, so be sure to check the residents' app for upcoming activities.

    I have enjoyed loving in the premises. Proximity to the train station and stores around makes it great.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, I raised an issue regarding the mail box of my apartment and that has been resolved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Parking, I intend on getting a family car. But the parking arrangement within the premises has made that a lil difficult.

    My experience living in Ten Degrees has been amazing. I’ve been here for 5 years, and it truly feels like home. The best thing about this place is the fantastic team—they are always friendly, professional, and supportive. I’d especially like to thank the night shift team and Daniel for their kindness and constant support. I really appreciate everything you do

    fast , efficient, incredible. every time i have a problem they are there to fix it without any delays

    Close to train station and Boxpark. Croydon has become very gentrified of late and hence it is nice to see all the development that is happening in the area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Promptly and efficiently. Al issues have been sorted satisfactorily.

    Cannot think of anything really as the staff were very transparent with everything.

    All the local shops, Boxpark make it a great location. Also the train station east Croydon. Parking is not great at all in the area

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded well to most maintenance request I have an ongoing blockage in my property that’s is a major issue

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The blockage of the toilet sink and bathroom which is an ongoing constant problem
