5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The living area is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The public transport (bus &tram) is so convenient as it is only 4 minutes away from the building and always on time. Ocean Terminal includes a great cinema for a night out as well as cafes, restaurants and retail shops. Tesco and Aldi are only a few minutes away so daily groceries can be done very easily by having a short walk in the neighbourhood. Leith centre (Shore) is only 7 minutes away, having many options for food and drinks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues yet, but they were very fast at answering questions about the delivery schedule for a couple of big furniture items.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, all has been good so far so nothing comes to mind.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is fantastic, while a little out of Edinburgh city center, the public transit links are great - especially the Tram which gets you into the heart of the city in under 15 minutes. Excellent food & drinks scene in Leith also, with The Shore being a short 5 minute walk from Dockside. Great shopping for clothes, groceries and anything else all within a short distance - otherwise a short ride on the tram gets you straight to St. James' Quarter mall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All problems have been dealt with timely and effectively. The maintenance team are all incredibly nice and willing to spend the time teaching how the issue can be avoided in the future (if it can). No problems with the service at all. A big shoutout to Belle Vargas at the front desk for her constant glowing mood and always-helpful attitude - she's helped us settle in excellently!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
While we appreciate the dedication to sustainable practices, I wish we had been given more information regarding the KERS system in each unit. This would not have stopped us moving in, but understanding it in detail would've saved some 'experimentation time' regarding the daily management of hot water available to the unit.

This is a wonderful place to live. The on site staff are so helpful and friendly. The coworking space is very spacious and I can always get a space easily which is handy for WFH days. It’s pet friendly as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had many issues to date. Therefore the question is not applicable.

Nothing really. This is as expected as things were explained to me prior to move in.

Dockside is a great waterfront neighbourhood in beautiful Leith. The area has fantastic restaurants, arts and culture with excellent connectivity to the city centre.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of lovely food spots and amazing coffee shops to explore in Leith. There is a market every weekend, every Saturday, and easy transport links around the city like the tram and buses. There are beautiful walks and the tranquility of being by the sea it’s so peaceful as the day and night traffic is minimal, its overall always peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Almost immediately I will get a response from the building and then the issue will be fixed within a few days if not immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was told about local bars and restaurants to try out as well as where all the local super,arrest and best shopping was.
