Any issues we’ve had, Jas has been very quick to deal with it. She’s very friendly, approachable, and checks in whenever we bump into each other in the communal area.

I lived in High Wycombe for two years and was very happy to stay at Kooky Apartments. For a single person without a car, with a focus on safety and convenient shopping, the location provided by Kooky Apartments is simply perfect for this town. Even when it rains, you can just cross the street to reach Eden Centre, and the surrounding large supermarkets make everything incredibly convenient. Second, the Kooky team is very professional. The details of their service made me feel very reassured. From the moment I moved in, the property manager Jas provided a detailed walkthrough. Their 24-hour emergency services are also very considerate, and they provide various reference documents. Their response time is short and efficient. If there was an issue, emailing Jas would get a reply right away, and she would quickly resolve all my problems—even if I locked myself out, I didn’t have to worry. The move-out process also followed a complete workflow. Third, all the facilities in the apartment are new and comfortable. Whether it’s the furnishings or the interior design, everything is modern and stylish—I dare say it’s the best apartment in High Wycombe in this regard. Oh, and to add, even though I don’t have a car, the parking lot provided by the apartment is particularly spacious, and there’s also a bicycle storage area—very well-equipped. I lived very peacefully and satisfactorily at Kooky for these two years and have already recommended this apartment to friends interested in High Wycombe.

Living in the heart of High Wycombe is wonderful: minutes away from a vast array of shops, restaurants, and activities. Bus station is two minutes walk, train station under 10. The street is fairly quiet, there is ample parking for anyone who needs its while living at the residence, and bin collections are timely.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, very promptly and efficiently. An issue with marks on a sofa: Jas sent over a lovely technician who made the sofa immaculate again, I was very pleased.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That street parking for non-residents (i.e visitors) is a bit tricky mon-fri, as there is parking on a meter available but it is hard to find space. But, the Eden parking facility is literally across the street, so visitors can easily find a spot there and walk on over in a few minutes.

Kooky is a very convenient central location in High Wycombe, next to the Eden Centre, and a short walk to the main train station and numerous local buses. There are several supermarkets and gyms nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If we had a question or query it was dealt with speedily and to a high standard.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Direct sunlight through large windows on some days could make the flat quite hot.
