This holiday home is offered for sale under a pitch license agreement. The park operates on a seasonal basis, allowing you to visit as often as you wish during the designated season. Enjoy the benefits of no solicitors' fees, no stamp duty, and no council tax. Please note, this is a holiday park and cannot be used as a permanent residence. Proof of a primary residence is required, which may be located either in the UK or abroad. As this is a holiday home, it does not typically qualify for a mortgage.
