    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Plenty of outdoor spaces and nice to walk around the development. No traffic noise, parking is great for us, we know there is a bus route near us. Walking distance to shell, short drive to main shops. Enjoy the greenery in the area a lot

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I sent an email a few days ago asking about the grass and another query but have not heard back. We had an issue with the WiFi which we were assisted on though it awkwardly happened over the Easter holiday and had to wait a while for assistance

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That we needed our passports before check in, that we can’t personalise the broadband, otherwise that’s it!

    Western gate is a nice quiet area , with good travel links into town. We really like the area. Could do with a shop on the estate but other than that it’s a lovely area.

    We had one issue with our tap that has been sorted instantly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I knew before moving is to plan where furniture is going to go before moving in this helped us a lot on the move in date

    Love the new builds and that we are the first to make this place home Love that places deliver to us They closed sandy lane over night with no access to or out of the estate and I finish work at 2am There’s currently no shop on the estate

    We have not had any problems since moving in to our house

    The likely hood of the road being closed over nights and knowing the way to enter when both sides are closed

    Love the area in love with the house Not to far away from sixfeilds a large range of places that deliver food or groceries There isn’t a shop within the new build area but eventually I can see one being here

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not had to report anything as of yet There was an issue with the water in October but the workers sorted it out immediately

    As the houses are new there is no tax band which is a negative
